What Your Surf Camp Week Looks Like
Welcome to island life! Here’s how a week at The Experience Surf Camp Bocas del Toro Panama blends surfing, tropical adventure, and authentic Caribbean vibes.
Day 1: Arrival Day - Sunday
Airport pick-up from Bocas Town.
Our host will pick you up at the airport or Café del Mar (our meeting point in town).
Check-in at your accommodation (your beachfront surf house) is at 3:00 PM, but we’re flexible depending on your arrival time. Our host will take you by boat (just a 3-minute ride) to Isla Carenero, where your room is located.
Once settled, you’ll get a short tour of:
The surf school area.
Local dinner spots like Bibis on the Beach (where you’ll have your first dinner).
Welcome dinner at Bibis with live music at 8PM to kick off your surf week!
Throughout the Week – Surf & Island Life
8:00 AM - Breakfast at your accommodation.
9:00 AM – Daily surf session (approx. 3 hours). We surf in the best local spots based on daily conditions.
Afternoons are free time to explore, relax, or go on adventures.
Your Guest Guide has suggestions for activities, cafes, hidden beaches, and more!
8:00 PM Evening community dinners every night at different restaurants (included).
Locations are listed in your Surf Camp Guest Guide.
Example: One night at El Patio, another at Coquitos, etc.
On monday's night, the host will accompany you across to Isla Colón for dinner and bring you back after, or you can choose to stay out longer and return on your own.
Departure Day
Check-out is at 10:00 AM, but we’re flexible depending on your flight or travel time.
Our host will help you cross back to Isla Colón:
Either to the airport.
Or to Café del Mar, where taxis and shuttle services (like Taxi 25) are nearby.
